1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All retail orders placed on healfoods.in are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (India)
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.
- Remote & North-East Regions: 5 to 8 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination pincode.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package is picked up by our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or India Post), an automated SMS and email with your tracking ID and live tracking link will be sent to your registered contact details.
5. Packaging & Damage in Transit
All single-ingredient foods are securely sealed in food-grade, moisture-barrier pouches and rigid cartons.
